Relatively flat organization, employee owned, everyone has a voice. Clients are very excited about the energy and positive disruption Steampunk is bringing to the Federal Government.

Pros

- High new business win rate. Running large cyber programs and performing innovative technical work (cloud migration, cloud implementation, cloud identify management, DevSecOps, data analytics). Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. - Employee Satisfaction - A top priority of the exectuvie team. Emphasize career path and progression within the company. Provide internal bootcamps (CISSP, CEH, PMP, etc) - Customer Satisfaction - Customer satisfcation is the other top priority. Executives and on-site managers are focused on customer success and it shows in the company's ability to win recompetes.

Very dynamic working environment. Employees work very hard to satisfy customers who are very demanding. The ability to be involved in several tasks simultaneously is challenging but rewarding.
