Pros
I've really loved working at Steampunk so far. It really has just a great company culture and sense of teamwork / shared mission (moreso than I've seen anywhere else). Never a dull day. Always learning something new. And some of THE MOST talented people I've ever worked with. If you're someone who likes to start the day with a challenge and stay challenged until it's time to cut it off, then BE OFF, it's probably the right type of environment for you.
Cons
It's fast-growing so sometimes you've got to be cool with a little ambiguity - but hey - that also means you get a little more room for creative problem-solving / thinking outside of the box than you'd get at a larger, more rigid Co!
