      Pros

      Recognized accomplishments Support for work/life balance Good Benefits Small company that actually cares about it's employees Senior Management is extremely competent yet very human They understand the customer's needs and understand how to deliver services effectively

      Cons

      Could communicate more on a corporate level - Hard to do as most employees worked at various Govt locations throughout DC area.

      Pros

      Although I have worked for many companies who have sworn that they are employee centric, SE SOlutions has proven again and again that they are truely vested in their employees, and if you give them reasonible time to address the concern, they have always attempted to do within reason what they could for that employee.

      Cons

      Almost all of the work they hold requires a government clearance. These clearances are difficult to get any more, and even the best of people have some small issue (could be finanicial even) that could flag them from a clearance, thus making SE Solutions not an option to be considered for employment.
