      Pros

      The management team works very hard and genuinely cares for employees. High caliber people across the company with strong commitment to the homeland security mission.

      Cons

      Typical small business challenges. Suspended 401(k) match, technical training opportunities are lacking. Virtual company (no offices) is not for everyone.
