Pros

I have worked with SE for over 10 years. SE is a top notch company. Bring your A game to this company and you will be rewarded. Caring for their employees is a priority. Managers are approachable and want their team to be productive and happy. Very rare to find companies like SE anymore!

Cons

Most employees are on site or work remotely. And, while this is a huge advantage for me personally, sometimes it is tough to stay connected. Sr. Management works hard to plan events to pull everyone together.

Pros

SE Solutions is a small business government contractor focused on helping the government improve in the Department of Homeland Security agencies. The mission of improvement and support is evident throughout the company and among it's leaders especially the CEO. Employees are encouraged to maintain open lines of communication with management at all levels. The executive leadership operates with honesty and integrity to show genuine care and compassion for the employees as people not just a number.

Cons

It can be difficult to connect with all employees at various work locations however management has taken steps over the past year to reach out and make everyone feel part of the company.
