Good people, cool mission!

Pros

The mission of the company is to help Homeland Security organizations to accomplish their mission. A pretty cool reason to get up in the morning. Mission is set by the CEO and carried out through the management chain.

Cons

Small Company with some of the limitations that exist with small Companies. Benefits are very standard, and 401k match would be nice. Otherwise pretty solid.

Pros

The management team works very hard and genuinely cares for employees. High caliber people across the company with strong commitment to the homeland security mission.

Cons

Typical small business challenges. Suspended 401(k) match, technical training opportunities are lacking. Virtual company (no offices) is not for everyone.
