Pros

Employees are challenged and allowed to grow. The CEO takes chances by showing trust in his employees, encouraging creativity, and ownership.

Cons

This is a top-heavy company with a lot of supervisors. Employees have to spend a lot of time supporting the company with writing proposals and working on two contracts at the same time (though, not often). But, this does enhance resumes.

Pros

Compensated and treated well. Managers are not intrusive and allow for employees to be rewarded based on merit.

Cons

With it being a small company, the insurance is more expensive than a larger company. Other than that, no cons whatsoever.
