Pros

This company is on the move! Lots of growth opportunities if you are talented and driven. But, beware, if you don't meet company standard you will not last. Also, the work ethic can be extreme. Lots of great learning, very cool technology. The company uses state of the art Big Data technology which makes this great place to learn and build a career. A major emphasis is put on quality and customer satisfaction. Note to other folks who have read other reviews on Glassdoor. This company does not treat everyone equally - rather focus is strong performers. If you are a star you will have a great experience and be treated really well. If you are a slacker or at least want a regular workday boring job then this is not a good place for you.

Cons

Extreme work ethic and dedication is not for everybody. The company also has some very complex and sophisticated technology that can frustrate some people. The technology is advancing very quickly so there have been a few challenges with customers but the team also seems to be able to work hard and overcome these challenges. Travel is sometimes required to support customers and US team issue and can be grueling. However, the experiences one gets are amazing.
