Pros

– Work culture is very positive - Constant improvement and focus on quality - great learnings - Young company constant growing constant changing very exciting - Flexible timings - Considers your personal growth within limits of a young company - Wide range of industries to work with and learn from other projects - Change to interact with global team and customers - culture is heavily influenced by Silicon Valley

Cons

- Sometimes chaotic - company is very agile and change is constant - Company is still learning and gaining its feet - There is some turnover based on merit and holding strict standards but can be disorienting if not used to American style culture of merit - Company moves very fast so sometimes training and onboarding of newbies is not as good as it should be

Pros

Fast paced, huge profesional growth potential. Culture emphazise agility, passion, openess and employees realy live by it every day. Finacial upside. Cloud applications market, nearly doubling every year, privately own....this company can make it big.

Cons

Not for everyone, not a 9-5 type place. You are expected to do whatever it takes to make customers successful and go the extra mile. Fast pace of growth implies lots of constant change. Not for the faint of heart or "lifers" who want to work the same job and company forever....It is more a fit for people ready to try new things, wear multiple hats, step of of the confort zone, contribute in new ways.
