A very horizontal and friendly environment. Senior staff is very collaborative and experienced. Working here means understanding how the transport industry works. If you show to be good at work you can have the chance to attend meetings with your clients (CEO, CFO, COO, etc..) even if you don't have a senior profile (> 5-6 years).

Staff are intelligent, experienced, and take care to provide clients with tailored advice appropriate to their situation or requirements. The training and on-the-job experience I have had whilst working there is far and above anything that I received in other companies. The working environment is collaborative and all staff are approachable, from very senior to junior, to ask for advice or expertise, or talk through a problem. Great balance of freedom to develop and take on responsibility vs support from senior staff to limit over-exposure. Lots of return clients which is a good indication of the standard of work.
