Pros

Although the firm is relatively small (~400 staff), it has strong international interests, especially in Latin America. In general the people are very smart and collaborative. There are opportunities to work on a wide range of projects (albeit in one sector).

Cons

The performance management system is not transparent and many see it as unfair and unrepresentative. Also, due to the size of the firm, career advancement opportunities are somewhat limited.
