      Allows employees to gain experience that may help them transition to more structured and professional IT environments.

      Cons

      Low pay and the workplace culture can feel overly informal and sometimes lacks the level of professionalism expected in a corporate IT environment. During the interview and onboarding process, interactions were very casual, which may reflect the overall team dynamic. Benefits and compensation could also be more competitive. While it may provide some initial experience, many employees may view it as a short-term opportunity rather than a long-term career environment

      Permanent work from home setup Mid year bonus Yearly increase 13th month split in half and distributed twice a year Very nice and approachable Team leaders and management

      Cons

      You could become a shared agent making you work with 2 separate clients with no additional pay. This is also not disclosed to the clients. No yearly Christmas grocery. Only 630 pesos worth of 1kg ball of ham
