Pros

Promotes heavily from within Company-wide organization (not to be mistaken for project-wide organization) Huge international presence

Cons

Management on my project was a nightmare, they would be grind, get promoted from within -- and then get comfortable and do absolutely nothing and gaslight you after picking up their slack. My training was horribly bad. Trainer insisted we were her first class, after getting out of training and working with other coworkers I found out that trainer also trained them... 2 years ago... My project was chronically understaffed and they did nothing to address the missed SLA's and understaffing and instead gaslight us for not "picking up the slack."

Pros

good staff augmentation, flexible work hours, mostly remote work options available, decent health insurance

Cons

Extremely unorganized organization, no defined process for anything, loose and unexperienced management in general. BUL's are not competent enough to sell high quality work but just staffing. Pre-sales team lacks recent industry information and company tends to short sell themselves and get into trouble often.

Pros

There are barely no pros except for maybe scheduling until they change that on you randomly.

Cons

Short breaks and random whether you get them on time or not Incompetent management You will be talked down to if you work on the desk I did No upward movement Bad pay No holidays off

Thank you for the feedback. However, Stefanini has several holiday policies for both corporate employees, as well as those providing support to Stefanini’s clients.
