      No Improvement...

      Pros

      Its a good job for entry level IT to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      Management use to be worse but from what I've heard and seen they are better, but the director over the specific desk is incompetent. Time management is non-existant. Issues can no longer be handled in a timely manner due to how bad employees are at their job.

      Pros

      They pay you, but the work is not worth the pay.

      Cons

      Everything else. No room for growth. A lot of bureaucracy. They promise things during the hiring process and do a 180 from there. They do not train properly.

      Worst company ever, keeps techs in dark.

      Workers stick together and make the work tolerable.

      Cons

      No career path Pay is extremely low and well below the average. Management keeps all information secret until the last moment.
