      Not much to say for the pros, no training, no benefits, work is not consistent, the company tries to take every benefits the clients give you.

      Pay is 25% lower than the industry, no benefits. You will regret working for Stefanini

      Pros

      Nothing to be honest. Most pathetic place I worked at.

      Cons

      Everyday you come in work you are always afraid of losing your job. They randomly fired over 10 people in an hour. I was able to keep my position but so many people got fired and its so bad. Very discomforting place to work.

      Pros

      Very flexible with hours. Medocrity is celebrated here.

      Cons

      HR runs the show. Senior management won't stand up to them. This is the first time I have ever heard of a revenue driven business being run by HR. The CFO and CEO seems to have no say in anything at this company. They will never succeed in the US with this model. They do not reward for doing a good job, no bonuses, no club awards, nothing. There is absolutely no incentive to succeed.
