      Entry level position. decent benefits. flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Poor pay for work required. Forced to deal with client contracts that put burden on 1st level support despite not having the necessary tools or compensation.

      Pros

      Stefanini is a great place to get experience under your belt. It's a large company with a global footprint. The experience I gained was priceless.

      Cons

      Stefanini absolutely does not take care of their employees financially. Additionally, it's extremely politically driven (it's a privately owned company with 1 owner) so you need to know the right people in order to grow. Additionally, each region (North America, South America, Europe, Asia) operates as their own individual business and does not have any global processes in place which make it extremely difficult to do business. Tremendous amount of time and money wasted because everything has to be done on the fly.
