      Steady paycheck, Training, Tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Benefits cost more than most places Pay rate is by far lowest in industry (starting at $10/hr) Extremely limited chances for advancement, requiring a lot of 'friends' with management Tuition reimbursement (capped at $2500/year) forces employee to stay for additional 6 months or else that employee has to repay every single dime

      - I would say its a good start up if have no options - It allows you time to prepare for your certifications and upgrades - Its convenient

      Cons

      - You're pretty much a number - The management just cares about your biweekly paycheck - They do not invest in their techs. The annoying part is that you dont even have funds to invest in trainings. - The day you leave, your last paycheck is your settlement and thats it. - Frankly development and growth of techs here is poor - Wages are dead way below market rates - Sometimes they even promise you would transition to being an employee to their client which is actually not true
