Good company for starting a career in IT

Good work environment, training provided, flexible working hours (shift based), transportation assured for working late hours, combines well the idea with call center with tech support ( for IT projects, as they have a big array of projects)

Cons

Short break, the only growing opportunities in the company are towards management

There are two pros in working here: (1) the pay is OK & (2) the office is right off of I-95

Cons

The cons in working here a numerous but the most prevalent ones listed below are the ones that had me looking for the exit after my first few days here: -The environment in the office is toxic -The frequent discussion of the "laziness of the HR dept" between management & subordinates makes me uncomfortable The frequent use of foul language in the workplace is so unprofessional So much backbiting of fellow employees, it's nauseating The benefits are expensive
