      Job security, multiple projects, some positions offer the ability to to work from home

      Cons

      Stress, in house IT is slow to resolve requests, some projects will hire less than qualified agents, lack of documentation on some supported items

      Great people, Not so great management

      Pros

      Stefanini is a great place to get an introduction into the IT Support field. You get to work with all kinds of different people and be around other technologically focused professionals, and you support some of the best companies in the world.

      Cons

      Management often seems like they don't care or are under qualified. Seems like they hold back their own clients using out dated systems and techniques. Very little opportunity to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Nice work environment (Southfield, MI office), great HR staff, flexible work hours, lots of great, professional people.

      Cons

      Slow in implementing change, senior management was mostly inaccessible to mid management often times causing communication challenges.
