      NONE!! I cant think of a pro.

      The place is a joke. If you are hourly you are considered a second class citizen to upper management. They are a joke, every one of them. They have no respect for anyone, not even each other.

      Hello, Thank you for your review. I’m very sorry that you were not happy with Stefanini during your time of employment. While Marco does tend to stay for a few a days at a time, he is extremely busy, but always finds the time to greet our employees who are working in the afternoon. Marco meets with the entire executive leadership team while he is here, not just one HR person, and gathers feedback and action plans for improving his business.       Great exposure to the technical aspects of supporting a global enterprise, very ideal for someone new to IT

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, stress is high from call volumes because of constant turn over rate.
