      Stable company and descent pay

      Cons

      Worked for them at 2 sites over a few years. 401k is very poor not matching. Very little growth if you are at a out line site. More matrix driven then customer service wise

Stefanini have many job openings across the world every week, and we encourage our employees to apply for whatever positions in which they may be interested. There are times when our employees working at an offsite, client location, may feel like they have no promotional opportunities at their site, but this does not mean that there aren’t any more openings in the area and field for which they are looking. In regards to the 401(k) plan, our Benefits team reviews our current plan each year to make sure we offering the best one possible for our employees.       Pros

      Very nice perks package, including on site massage cabinet and company subscription to one of the best gym/ pools in the area. A diversified range of training and certifications offered for free, especially for IT and low/ mid-level positions. Very good financial/ accounting department (when servicing the employees).

      Cons

      HR policy should be brought up to date (less weight on annual team-building/ evaluations/ bonus) and more into tailored personal growth, autonomy and scope. IT department could become faster and deal with issues in a more professional manner. Communication of company updates is rather exceptional.

      Low wages. No room for growth. Some management elements not up to the task.
