Hello, I’m happy to hear that you were satisfied with our portal and recognition gift on your birthday! We pride ourselves in showing appreciation for all of our employees, including the ones working remotely. I completely understand the lack of growth within your department. Sometimes, if positions are not available in your direct department, we encourage and assist our employees with seeking employment within another department that they might be interested in. One of our processes is to interview everyone for new positions so that everyone has a fair chance at new positions. Stefanini has begun more employee engagement activities in the past year, and will continue to do these types of activities going forward. Some include our HR In Touch program, which are quarterly calls to all of our offsite employees, as well as more activities for our onsite employees.
