      The people are my five words

      Cons

      Lack of career growth. They hire at the bottom of the pay band. Hypocritical - those providing training fail to actually following their own training guidelines. Inappropriate, harassing, bullying comments made from the department that is supposed to prevent this type of behavior. If you are not liked, they will find a way to fire you. Dictatorship led by one person in the US, who isn't even the CEO. Brainwashing. Need I continue.
