      Grat company with poor leadership

      Pros

      Great IT services and global coverage. Should make it a sure thing and a company with growth

      Cons

      The company is handicapped by poor leadership producing poor results. The company offers very low salaries and therefore does not recruit the best employees. Then with no leadership they are not able to produce results and lose business.

      Pros

      From the day I started with Stefanini, it has been apparent that working for this company is what you make of it. For those that work hard, come up with creative solutions, and continue to find ways to improve, you're going to continue to see that success recognized. Like any good company, you have to earn your stripes, but for those that do, the sky is the limit. I've had access and exposure to executive management from the start, whether I liked it or not, and that has also helped with my career progression.

      Cons

      For those that have challenges with the salary, remember that Stefanini is an IT service provider in a very competitive industry and pays accordingly. While salaries are certainly livable and realistic given the current market, those running comparisons with other IT opportunities (medical industry, consulting firms, etc.) may be better served working elsewhere if salary is your primary motivation.
