      Hi there, Thank you for the review! I’m glad you enjoyed working for Stefanini. It’s true that being promoted can be difficult. Usually it takes a combination of high performance and having the necessary experience. That being said, promotions are not uncommon here. In fact, many of our management level employees started with us in entry level positions.       Ability and support to change the project and the technology.

      Some trainings on the latest technologies would be most welcomed.

      Very small presence in North America

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for someone who speaks Portuguese and can work with a company based in Brazil on a regular basis. good place to start if you are looking to advance your career in IT outsourcing.

      Cons

      Have to speak multiple languages to succeed. Not very mature in their processes. Difficult cultural mix between Brazil and the US. Pay is not quite at market rates. Do not consistently pay bonuses.

      Hello, Thank you for your review. Though I can't say I've had the same feelings about speaking multiple languages, your feedback is definitely something for us to consider. In regards to our processes, we are constantly searching for ways to become more efficient, and agree that there is always room for improvement. I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your compensation, however we do pay all bonuses and commissions as outlined in the commission structure.
