Pros
Many opportunities. We work with the biggest companny in the world. Many inside courses. There is courses for all, from RM to DEV.
Cons
Hard to get to this opportunities. Allways have to look at the companny annouce in the linkedin or other sites. There is no place to puc your skills to be free to work in other projects. No profit sharing. That is bad. Long time between feedbacks. Some times takes 2 months. Some times one year.
