Very caring managment team. Weekly updates from CEO during lockdown that kept us informed and connected. Snackboxes and swag sent to us for our home offices. Culture Committe that organizes Happy Hours (Zoom) and other thoughtful events throughout the year. Wonderful end of year online celebration of the ups and downs of the year with lots of employee recognition. Hand deliverd holiday gift boxes that included some extra $ for the holidays. Recognition bonuses. All in all a super supportive team and work enviroment. Looking forward to 2021.
Cons
20% salary furlough for 6 weeks during COVID, but we all still have jobs so I am thankful that the managment team took the cost saving measures necessary to keep the company afloat through 2020.
