- I have been working at Stella Rising for the past 6 months and so far have had a great experience transitioning from my old agency to this one. The whole team has been very welcoming and the onboarding process was good to get me up to speed with clients and brand history. - Since COVID-19, the company has made shifts to help the WFH situation go smoothly - I always feel in the know and up to speed on updates and financial plans and have felt I am being invested in for long-term growth - I love the flexibility in my work schedule and summer Friday's is a major plus. Very good benefits and vacation packages! - Amazing company culture! Everyone is friendly & supportive and the company has gone to great lengths to make it a fun place to work.
Cons
- Given uncertainties within the current digital media landscape, I am weary of potential growth, bonuses and promotions in the future - Can sometimes be stressful with short amount of lead times to complete tasks
