Pros

Pros are the benefits -- if you don't mind having no life whatsoever and working 10-12 hour every week.

Cons

Non-Existing work-life balance -- They will lure you in with company trips, paid health insurance, etc... but you will be treated like absolute trash and will work 12-hours every day.

Pros

Many wonderful people with a lot to offer. Very nice office spaces. Great environment for those who prefer a small agency mindset.

Cons

Despite its tagline, the agency lacks vision, evidenced by frequent and drastic organizational shifts that never seem to "stick". Leadership is the biggest issue. Managers picks favorites, and to a degree I’ve never experienced elsewhere; my managers’ apparent lack of interest in my growth was so pronounced that it began to feel intentional. Policies and processes were very inconsistent across teams. Leadership often made attempts at transparency to employees about business plans, financials, etc., but it often resulted in even more confusion, swirl, and concern about job stability. I had extremely high hopes for working at Stella Rising and was very disappointed by how my time there devolved.
