      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with top notch benefits, PTO and flexibility. Management team truly cares about their employees, is always upbeat and positive and continually shares meaningful news about the agency. Stella Rising does fun and interesting activities for employees such as monthly celebrations for holidays, bi-weekly happy hours, fully stocked kitchens, training academies and constantly gives back to the community. It is a great agency with talented and intelligent people to learn from and if you put in the time and effort your hard work will not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      I don't have any, I have worked for other large and small media agencies and this agency has been a good career choice for me.

      Pros

      I learned an incredible amount at Stella Rising. Because it’s a mid sized agency, you work directly with many people at all levels of leadership and cross functionally, as well. You are exposed to decision making at all steps and get a great picture of what it’s like to manage and run effective strategy and media. The people are smart and also warm and wonderful. I truly made some of my closest friends here. They are always willing to let you explore something you’re interested in so just speak up! You get an incredible amount of vacation and personal time to use.

      I don’t really have cons, I left because I received a job offer which I couldn’t refuse.

      Supportive team members, collaboration, leaders in their field. Not your typical agency cut throat environment.

      Cons

      Instability, no real business plan, sometimes it felt like it was an employee revolving door.
