Poor Leadership and Employee onboarding

Outside of the other managers, employees were as helpful as possible and would answer questions when they could.

Cons

Top Management did not have a training plan or clear priorities when I started. I know what is expected from my position but every company is different. Production Manager (impromptu GM) was not someone I would recommend working for. The first thing I noticed is how all the other employees were walking on eggshells when this person was around.

Great products and 9 x 80 helps with work & life balance

Cons

I am glad to see that the new CEO is finally taking some actions to remove some of the toxicity at the top but more needs to happen. Why creating a CTO position when they removed this position just a year ago? It doesn't make any sense. Remove toxicity to restore faith in a company that has a lot of potential.
