StepStone is an entrepreneurial work environment with just about infinite data at your fingertips. The culture pushes one to work hard and provide incredible insights and deliverables to its clients.

Cons

Pay is a little below market, but still good.

Great team members, good work-life balance, competitive compensation, and overall great place to work

Cons

No assigned seating. Have to reserve a desk each day since it is hybrid. Not a big deal though.
