Pros

As a firm that started small, and now 800 plus, puts a heavy emphasis on retaining the culture that has positioned their success over the last 15 years of growth. It remains very entrepreneurial and collegiate, with a focus on strong partnerships across the firm. This has served as the basis to performance as the firm has grown and diversified across their many current private markets asset classes.

Cons

Needs to continue building synergies between the varying asset classes at the firm, given many are situated on a global footprint and acquired.
