Cons

Constant changes for reporting, updating dashboards, expectations. Inaccurate stack rank reporting, leading to unfair bonus payouts.

Pre-acquisition, Stericycle provided hot leads and a supportive sales environment.

Cons

Post-Waste Management acquisition, conditions deteriorated. Hot leads were reassigned to inside sales, forcing us into constant cold calling. Unrealistic KPIs ensure failure. Incentives are negligible, crushing morale. HR enables nepotism, and management prioritizes inside sales, fostering a toxic, unfair workplace.
