Pros

Great bonuses and monthly awards, good benefits and good pay. My immediate boss was great. Monthly contests could be lucrative as they give out gift certificates, bikes, TV's, iPod's etc. It's actually not that difficult to win either. Wow, there isn't much else to say about how great the company is. The vacation and personal days are great. Lower level management is understanding and fair. The building is nice and they always pay on time. They offer overtime which can help a great deal if you need it. Good leads and not that difficult of a sell if you put time into it.

Cons

Commissions get higher each month, management doesn't promote based on performance, more on popularity (and it helps if you're young, dumb and female).

Stuck where you are. Overworked and underpaid. Always changing but not for the better. Lack of: opportunities, assistance, communication, consideration.
