Outdated tools, mismanaged routes, and trucks that reek of body odor and neglect—this isn’t a job, it’s a ritual of degradation. Management operates on deceit and self-interest, offering zero scaffolding, zero care, and zero accountability. Every layer of this position—from logistics to leadership—is broken. The environment is physically repulsive, emotionally draining, and structurally incoherent. You don’t just run out of adjectives—you run out of patience, presence, and respect. Avoid this terrain unless you’re studying sabotage as a case study.
