      There is no pros about working at stericycle

      Cons

      Management,dispatch really dont haveva clue. Too many test and the camera in the truck is there only to fire you.

      Somewhat flexible schedule... that's about it.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? Want vacation time? nope, sorry no coverage. Want to roll over your vacation time? nope... your loss. Need a day off? work longer the day before and the day after. Poor communication Poor support No recognition... they have their favorites and you aren't them. Work long hours, make extra trips, try to go above and beyond in providing a good service.-and still get criticism. No Backbone... if it's a choice between a client and a technician- You lose.
