Great coworkers! Always happy to help.

Cons

A boss will teach you what to do. A leader will show you how and why to do it. Something the company knows nothing about. My manager was a joke and was friendly to your face but when no one else was watching ... the worst person I have ever worked for. Ripped me apart cursing and yelling at me with my 3 year old son in the background on Skype it was so bad my son started to cry. No one deserves to be looked down on or talked to that way.

Honestly there isn’t much. It’s a constant battle to stay positive.

Cons

Can’t afford life on this salary. Work 24/7 no overtime. Interrupt your vacation. There’s a lot y’all.

Easy job if you can deal with the bull---t.

Cons

Camera monitoring, No eating or drinking while driving their trucks or using your phone with or without Bluetooth. Even if your a long haul driver.
