Autonomy, customers are great people

Cons

You guys seriously do not pay anywhere near enough to act like your business needs matter to your employees. Perhaps you would have a lot more leverage with your ever changing needs if you paid people a reasonable, livable salary. It’s not 2005 anymore. Also any recent positive review was left by management.
