      Pros

      The job, environment, bosses, coworkers and benefits are all very good (especially the coworkers). Bosses are VERY open to feedback...they even have a website for many of them where you can send them feedback directly (even anonymously) and they will personally respond. Recently went to a dressed down form of business casual and that has been great!

      Cons

      Like anything, if you look hard enough and long enough you will find something to complain about. The overall "con" would be the amount of work on most people's plate. Although most people do not have to work a bunch of overtime to get things done it is always at a very hectic pace with last second projects and short turnarounds. There isn't time to really dig into a project and put those finishing touches on to make it really shine.

      The job itself is awful, but the people I work with are amazing.

      Pros

      The other employees are great people to work with, and the pay is actually really good for the work and for this area.

      Cons

      The work is very demeaning and most of the time thankless. There is 0 opportunity for advancement and little in the way of earning extra besides occasional bonuses from the obligatory morale improvement efforts.
