      Growing pains

      Pros

      Standard Health benefits as well as 401k and retirement packages. Stericulture that promotes employee community involvement. Clean call center environment. Equal opportunity employer

      Cons

      Salary is definitely not competitive. Their Communication Solutions division acquired my past employer. Transition was very rocky and their corporate policies were not clear. It is very difficult to get clarity about things like PTO or sick time.

      Great people. The work is not difficult as long as you can put up with some grumpy people on the phones.

      Agent pay could be better.

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone works very hard. Decent benefits (had much better) but time off and holidays are not nearly as good as I have had with other companies.

      Cons

      The company and its sr. management will lie to you and the customers. They screw you on commission and tell you to lie to customers about their invoices. They create bogus charges and change for overweight containers that are not even close to being overweight.
