      Able to focus on work and not be micro-managed. Ability to work with upper management when needed.

      Could do more for employee engagement.

      Pros

      Work from home, so i can work in my pj's.

      Cons

      management doesnt care about you, you will never get to use the vacation time that you earn. and you will rarely get a break if you are one of their senior operators.

      Pros

      I think that the employees at Stericycle really love their jobs. When there is a need everyone really goes above and beyond to meet deadlines all while enjoying what they do and who they work with.

      Cons

      Keeping up with the changes can be complicated but the task does enhance our skills with problem solving and only adds to our capacity for other positions in the future
