      Good learning experience

      Pros

      Very good management. They treat the technical team with respect. They get the work done by giving enough for the developers to cope with. Managers Have the patience to have the developers try new things

      Cons

      Poor planning and execution. Need to take up new projects. Should not micro manage people. The existing projects needs to be re-structutred. Should be able to involve tech team in management meetings to get more insight on what can be done.

      Techs come and go

      Pros

      They will hire anyone with no hazardous waste background or experience. The pay is better than minimum wage.

      Cons

      You drive your own car, they mostly hire part time, but work you like full time. Little and bad training,

      The people were great and we were really helping people. management was great and hours were perfect for me

      hard to be on the phones all the time and while i was there it didnt grow much
