      Able to work from home.

      Cons

      Omaha, NE location is POORLY managed. There is no staff appreciation. The nurses are told to go off of QUANTITY, not QUALITY. All you hear about is making $$$$$. Very unsafe and the liability is HIGH! Poor communication and when you do try to communicate an issue, they just sweep it under the rug and tell you to shut up.

      Great Benefits. Great coworkers. Stable in high unemployment.

      Cons

      Low morale. Very high overhead in upper management. No much opportunity for advancement nor much of a developement program. Upper management has completely forgotten about their front line managers. Stockholder first mentality.
