      Hard work, but the other employees were great.

      Pros

      Learned a good deal about basic haz waste management. Was good to serve the community in that capacity. The guys were great.

      Cons

      The current manager is simply the worst boss that I have ever had. He won't hesitate to berate an employee in front of a customer and sometimes appears to have a flippant attitude toward safety. Very high turn over rate at this site.

      Pros

      Good benefits and they tell a great growth store

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant. Field operations teams are good. The new culture thing is a joke. The management will retaliate if they feel you are not a "fit". This company had a really good culture then the new CEO and the culture crazy folks took over. The growth is fast without real assimilation of the new companies. It's really sad to see such a lack of leadership with Charlie and his crew

      Pros

      The Company was bought out, and the insurance costs dropped a ton! People are nice. The health insurance costs are a little bit less the other companies in this industry.

      Cons

      The pay increases even with a outstanding review are about 3-4 percent of current pay. The wage is slave labor to begin with compared to similar companies. Advancement and training on HARD accounts results in no pay increase. Vacation time does not roll over. You are unable to cash it out. It is a loose it or use it item. Tuition reimbursement require you stay in your current position for a year upon graduation-handbook differs slightly on this, but contacted HR directly to get answers.
