      Good place to work but no upward mobility.

      Pros

      Decent pay, awesome co-workers, weekends off, management works with you if you need time off. Overtime available. Fair benefits.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Too many lifers in management. Management not always on top of day to day operations. Obvious favoritism toward certain employees. Some safety issues not being addressed.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Mostly good, hard working people.

      Cons

      Too many Sr. VPs now. If you don't agree with the culture crew, you better keep your mouth closed or you'll lose your job. Company used to really promote open door, but now you are viewed as negative if you have a different opinion.

      Best medical waste company in the world.

      Cons

      Corporate management does not have accurate management over regional managers in some cases. I experienced in-fighting and resistance by regional staff to hiring and policies trying to be initiated by Upper Management. There are "cowboys" in regional management that actually bully staff that were hired by corporate and get "even" with experienced staff that have more knowledge than they do. I have even seen managers circumventing sound hiring procatices corporate may be initiating by offering waitresses jobs while they are having a meal. HR did not properly support staff complaints about bullying tactics of regional management.
