      Pros

      wages are fair to the market growing but still personable to a degree newer trucks layed back atmoshpere...compared to other trucking co. drivers get paid by the hour/ over time passed 40

      Cons

      no professional guideness office atmoshere sucks tendency not to fix issues/ patch up work morale lowering a general sense that decisions are improvised

      Pros

      independent atmosphere, work from home, flexible work assignments, great corporate support and communication, assignments well communicated via internet, compensation is reasonable given job scope.

      Cons

      Low gas mile reimbursement but this amount is adjusted on my tax return. Wish that more projects were available to independent contractors in my area. Would like to have a better idea of how long a project is expected to take before heading into locations.
