      Pros

      Clocking out to go home is the best part of working at stericycle.

      Cons

      Management is not organized. They also fail to report injuries and cover them up as much as possible. They have reported false light duty work assignment for one of their injured workers which ended up making the injured worker lose benefits.

      Company stabbed my entire location in the back

      YEARS AGO the pay was decent and benefits were also decent and affordable

      Cons

      Fired myself and two others before they shut down our office of 6 employees 3 weeks later. Of course all 3 of us fired were the most senior drivers thus... severance pay payout avoidance with all three of us would have received over $90,000. Work and sacrifice all you want, your just a number and if you are going to cost them money, they will stab you in the back hard to save a buck. Also their promises of new organization AFTER FOUR YEARS still hasn't been realized with hundreds of millions of dollars wasted on false promises. They also were caught cheating customers out of hundreds of millions with bogus charges and hidden fees in their contracts.

      Pros

      Customer focused Employees, Great team atmosphere, People worked together to complete whatever needed doing.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked loyalty to their people. They failed to recognize the efforts that their people were making to maintain the operations during the many challenges tied to the covid 19 pandemic . They placed unrealistic expectations on front line leaders who were dealing with significant resource shortages. Turn over in management ever two years led to lack of continuity to the team.
