Little regard for employee satisfaction & safety from Covid

Health benefits are good but it'll cost you.

Cons

Such a big company and you think they'd be more receptive hearing suggestions and implementing solutions to keeping those in the field safer from Covid. Nope. Management is my way or the highway. Also, big pay disparity between races!
