Freedom to control a large amount of your schedule, exceptional uncapped commision, and a great work environment.

Cons

the workload can be heavy in the beginning, but once the ball gets rolling, you will have more control of your schedule.

Very Long day bad co-workers and bad management oh if you travel it's very hard to get your money back and if you buy supplies good luck
